Services:

With more than 10 years of experience working in architectural offices, we have the ability to explore design options for your renovation project on a macro level. Coupled with our 15+ years in construction, we are also able to focus on the minutiae. At Hilltop Reno, we can simultaneously explore vast design opportunities and preemptively recognize the challenges that may present themselves. Whether it’s identifying and remediating structural issues, or determining what original features of your home can be restored, we help you to feel confident in your home’s renovation project.

Pre-purchase consultations

In today’s market, buyers are often forced to make quick decisions before making an offer on a home. But how do you make a proper offer for a home you know will need substantial renovation? Will it be worth the investment? How much will the renovations cost, and how long will they take? Do you have trouble envisioning an older home’s design possibilities? Hilltop Reno can partner with you to make decisions based on your financial and life needs. Contact us for more information.

Design

Once a project has been identified, the next step is to explore design possibilities. This process is best achieved through a holistic design-build process, with the owner, designer and builder all working together. It provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. We talk to owners, hear their ideas and develop a scope of work and a budget to streamline their home renovation project.

Build

When construction begins, the design process doesn’t end. Post-demo often exposes new opportunities, so when necessary we continue to collaborate and consult with other architects and trade specialists, or just the homeowner. We will also work collaboratively with the owners to choose products and finishes. Whatever the size of the project, we enjoy working with the owners at every step to help them understand our process and ensure that they get the end product that they envisioned.
